It looks like a Pterodactyl frozen in an ice cube which was made in Taiwan.

But in all seriousness, what do you want to do with this picture? Is it your desktop background?
Do you want you mother to hang it on the fridge?

If it's a random photo manipulation, maybe you should try to make the filters less obvious. I think it's a good work though.
