Web proxy or HTTP proxy. Web proxies are easier to use and easier to find and generally faster. A good one is myspacebrowser or hidemyass.com

If you don't have a static IP, can't you just turn off your router or whatnot?

You will be assign new IP everytime you re-dial to the internet if you dont have a Static IP.

    - Dam I wish we can get a dynamic IP but still able to use Cable or DSL -_-.

If you need to MAKE an account, you can't use a web browser. It takes you to http://www.neopets.com/reg/java script:void(0); whenever you click 'Next'

If you have a router; unplug everything, let it set for 2-5 minutes, replug everything where you left it and voila, new IP tongue.gif

As far as i know your IP should change after a while, about the router reset i'm not sure on a static IP but it certainly works for me but i have a dynamic IP.

Try a proxy? Search for free proxy on google =P

Or you could go using the hidemyass route and whatever but a proxy is better, especially if you have a fast one

Most proxy sites do not allow account sign ups, javascript etc. I don't think using a proxy is a very good idea, i find that alot of abers using proxies etc find the same and you both get frozen.

Do you really have to unplugg EVERYTHING? or can you just unplugg the router and wait?

One thing I hate about proxy is that they extremely slow down my internet speed even if I use proxy within the US. sad.gif
