If you have already enrolled in the Conference, submit the enclosed Scholarship Response Form along with page one of your 2005 1040 Federal Income Tax Form. Submitting page one of your 1040 Federal Income Tax Form allows us to validate the financial need indicated on your Scholarship Application. The Office of Scholarship Programs is unable to grant your scholarship without this tax documentation. Upon receipt of the Response Form and Tax Form, your scholarship will be awarded in the form of a refund.
If you have not yet enrolled, submit your Enrollment Application, a payment of $100, which represents your tuition balance, and page one of your 2005 1040 Federal Income Tax Form.
In order to secure your scholarship, please send the requested materials to our Office of Scholarship Programs no later than the scholarship acceptance deadline date of Friday, May 11, 2007. The Office of Admissions is unable to guarantee enrollment in a specific session. If enrolled, you will receive notification of your acceptance via e-mail.
