First time I tried parkour, I tried to jump over a brick ledge.

Too bad I had no skills then, as I ended up ripping my shirt, and getting a series of jagged scars across my belly.

The best part was, as I lay there in pain, my friends were pointing and laughing their asses off.

I'm a newbie traceur, not good, but I can vault/undervault just about anything. I know most of the theory behind it though

If you want instant frostbite try working with liquid nitrogen. I learned the hard way that you should be careful with that stuff. The best part about it though is that it would clean itself up whenever I spilled it.

Mmm yeah I think I would instantly freeze upon walking outside. I am accustomed to these... eh.. hot and humid Mississippi weathers. I couldn't handle really coldness I don't believe...
