Warez is not allowed on Neocodex, if you want Paint Shop Pro X then go and buy it like everybody else.

There isn't actually a specific mention of Warez in the rules any more for some reason, somebody needs to add one methinks.

There is to be no malicious activity on Neocodex.

While it may not specifically state warez this rule implies it. Wares is illegal and thus not allowed. The reason for this rule is because our hosting and IPB do not allow it and we could be taken down if we did :\ But don't worry. Problem taken care of. Now you know
