Well actually in America we aren't entirely sure yet either as they haven't completely explained it.

All we know is that they were used as the code for the hatch so it didn'r overload. Also, This sort of explains the numbers too: it's from that Lost Experience thing last summer.

its iteresting where the producers put the numbers. one time they put them on kids soccer jerseys at the airport.
