Help running any program? Keep getting an error

Whenever I try to run any type of program from here I get:

"Project1 has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvencience."

Ideas? I installed all that was required 1we8.gif Its multiple programs to, not just one.

    What system are u on ? i was on xp and everything worked well but on vista nothing works and wen asked wat maybe problem this is wat i was told it maybe vista xx
