I was an SNick watcher Every Saturday night.
I loved Pete and Pete (Still do) and I loved Nick Toons.
Why can't they make awesome shows like that today?

I miss some of those TV shows, most kids tv today just can't compare with them.
Heh, windows 95, we didn't even have a computer till I was about 8. xD
Now even the smallest of children are using them.

The one about getting up early to watch cartoons really hits hard. I miss my Looney Tunes and Merry Melodies that they used to show every morning. It hits really hard

I'm with you man. I mean, that was our childhood. I'm such a sucker for nostalgia. It makes me so... lonely, almost homesick, you know?
Bah, I'm a fooey old man

I remember when I was like 6 I read in the description of Charmander that if you get it's tail wet it smokes, so I stupidly went to my bathroom, put the card under my tub's fosset and waited. Then my dad or mom walked in and tried explaining to me that it wouldn't work and it was 'make-belief' but I didn't believe them and ended up with a warped pokemon card
I remember alot of the stuff Power Rangers and Are you Afraid of the Dark and Tamagotchis in particular
I remember memorizing all 150 pokemon at one point

How could you want to miss out on the likes of Togekiss and Gallade?

There's 493 now, and I know all of them.
Well... most of them
Woops, I mean 151 xD
Anyways, Pokemon got old right after Gold and Silver version. The card game got boring after a year

I agree with you there. Some of the new ones are awesome *cough*Roserade*cough*(although I think there are a bit too many that are just (pre)evolved forms of past pokemon).
*sigh*I will forever be addicted to Pokemon

Haha same with me. The first led me to collect Beanie Babies for a good 5 years of my life(my summer 'job' this year will probably be selling them on ebay

As for Cartoon Network, I agree, I miss all the good old shows. Their modern stuff is total garbage.

How does being born in '92 not make you a '90's kid?
Last I checked 1992 was in the '90's...
