if i can log in..
i type account name n pass
but it said i typed it uncorrect [i surely typed it correctly]

so i cant log in..
this mean i have been frozen?

No it does not mean your frozen. If you were frozen it would take you to a page saying you are frozen whether you typed your password correct or not. Just type in your username to forgot password then go look in ur email to make sure you are typing in the correct password.

yea i got this problem i think am ip banned coz on
my friend pc everything work as normal

I know how you feel, TNT iced my original accounts, then after building up another account they iced me again (first time was for buying neopoints, which was total BS, second time was cause my account got hacked and TNT froze me permantly for my protection or some crap like that)

I sent several emails to TNT, ect, with no answer so I turned them in to the BBB (the Better Business Bureau) at www.bbb.org where they HAD to reply or get a bad mark.. at the time I was a premium user and my main complaint was that they iced me and then billed me for that months premium useage..

Dunno if the BBB will work for you but it might be worth a try when you've exhausted all other routes..

i do..i typed it correctly for sure..
but still not work..
i typed my email..hope that neopets can give me" my password"
but it said..there is no email in neopets file..
then i typed my account n send..hope neopets give me "my password"
it said "password will be sent in 15 minutes"
then i wwait about 1day..still no neopets reply's about my pass

what happened this?
all is about 2days..still doesnt back to norm for me T.T

Ahh, when you request a forgotten password you put in the account name not the email address and then it sends the password to the email of that account.

He said he did that and it said it would be there in about 15 minutes. My guess is that when you signed up that you either didn't have to have an email address at the time or you used a different email address than the one you are checking.
