I don't have Photoshop, so I can't make anything really spectacular. I used Paint to make this, though.

I used a utility called UnFREEz 2.1 to ani'mate it.

Thanks! This is the first sig I ever made, and I desperately want Photoshop... I've considered downloading an illegal copy, but... I have morals telling me otherwise. Blah.

The fact that my parents won't buy it doesn't help though

I considered that, but a friend told me it couldn't save files. Of course, if he's wrong, I'll go ahead and get the trial.

nah hes wrong if u gotto jacs.com I think I spelled that wrong u can get a 60 day trial version of PSP8. thats what I did and I could save files. its pretty good but I prefer Microsoft Digital I'mage Pro 9

Aww, poor ickle dolphin! It's a good siggy for one that was done in Paint. Try out the trial version of Photoshop, you'll love it.
