nice colours, i quite like it. only thing i can say is that it needs more of a focus and the text needs fixing.

mayb highlight the girl a little more 
try some colour balancing to give it a warmer colour, then highlight the girl so she stands out, but not too much 
. its very nice overall though u dont really need to fix it, its just the text tats really bugging me imo

i personally like your other sigs better...but this is good as well...good colours...text needs work...too big...
