I probably wouldn't agree with your definition of 'hacking' so while you may think they were 'hacking' they almost certainly weren't actually hacking.

Why do you need a screen shot? You just open the file and place one line of text at the top of it. o.O

It's the config.txt file right? Well, I don't know. Do you add that # sign or what? And the other 3 lines.
