How old is your account? If it is too young it won't be able buy much; at 4 months it can buy everything.
If it is old enough just have patience and you will eventually buy something.

So the answer to your question is yes

Lonewolf, I had to lower my profit too, its still better than nothing though Also, I think I'm going to try RSing more during late night NST to see if that helps b/c there are less people online at that time.
