I have read all the way through the neocodex and most people have been chain iced when found using a main shop autobuyer, yet, today my main got frozen {lost 29m pure, most ligit} but they didnt touch any off my side accounts which i have been abing on as well?

i have a clean ip address as far as there concerned so i am asuming that will go in my favour.
most people try to get there account unfrozen and either get no reply or have to wait weeks to be told to piss off, yet i got a reply saying i was frozen for cheating and i should email them back for details or questions 2 hours after i sent them my original message.?

is this good...or bad?

has anyone ever had there account returned after they got iced for abing

I have never gotten anything returned from TNT.
But i am surprised you havent been chain frozen...

actually i got mine returned after ABing.. took over a month.. but i did get it back.. just play stoopid and bring non relevant stuff into it...

lol thanks for the replys people, i dont understand why people have to wait weeks to be laughed at by tnt and i have too wait 2hrs?

what prrof do they have that we autobuy, i dont want to keep emailing them if they have stone wall proof?
should i bring my clean ip address into it more?

kit, i did ab,

all 3 of my accounts were on the same email address and i used each one off them to auto buy, when one was restock banned i would use the other, i was using the blade autobuyer,

also all my accounts have the same ip address?

what are my chances of getting my account people

Well they have given accounts back before, but I don't believe a word of what he posted.

Why would they bother giving the account a new password? Especially one as unrelated to Neopets as the one posted...

1. i opologise if my grammer is not at the level of shakespere.
2. i do not work for neopets nor can i vouch for there behaviour, it is not our place to arguee the toss if neither of us know how [email protected] decides to communicate to users.

you know.. i'm actualy tempted to go back throught my yahoo email and find their actual template that they use when they give back accounts. Also it took them over 3 weeks to respond to my request.. and it took them les then 24 hours to respond to yours?? and that's counting the non buisness hours!!!

and trust me.. if there is one thing i know is that when you get youraccount back the staff don't just reply in their own words... but they do it with an automated responce system.. just replace the usernames and stuff..

Unless everybody is mistaken, you are saying that somebody from the Neopet team sent this to you, right? Well, nobody from TNT would EVER send a letter to anybody in this format.

They are all very formal, as that is their job.

Maybe you are lying to make us think you are lucky? I don't know.

If you really want to prove to us that this DID happen, take a screenshot of the email you received, and just block out your username.

Then, and only then will I believe your story.

Very interesting. There's no doubt that he's lying. The reponse time for all but premium members on frozen accounts is weeks or even months. The real question is what makes people feel they need to lie like this? Is the social pressure to fit in that great? It's sad but I'm afraid it's more the norm here than most would suspect.

this is what i usually get from them when i try to get an iced account back.. and as you can see it's very formal.. and so is the other form, where you actually get your account back..

that was sent to me by Heidi by the way... both times that i tried and the one time that i succeeded i had to go through Heidi to get my account back

They don't work that way. Period, trust me, I've been through it a few times. There is ALWAYS a request for more infomation if for no other reason than to prove the account in question is actually yours. Please stop making a fool of yourself.

Oh i know that you can't be talking to me right??? and you never just get the single email notifying you that your account has been unfrozen, there is always a request for more info, even if you already give it all to them... it's just a way to make sure that you are the owner of that email address more than anything else.

Seriously Inter, we don't belive you. Unless you foward the email to people we won't start believing you. Plus it doesn't make sense that they'd say they're not allowed to do it, why would they do something they're not allowed to do to give you back your account when they don't even know you

Also you shouldn't say "BOARD CLOSED". You should ask a mod to do it nicely
