Alright, I just barely managed to convince TNT to give me the b-day of one of my old accounts, which was the only thing separating me from accessing it. Well, I found out that it utterly sucks (I have about 6k on it, none of the pets are painted, 8 hidden avatars, and I have nothing but junk items). In addition to that, all of my old neofriends either dropped me or got themselves frozen.

So, my question is: what do you think I should do with the account? My 1 month old account is doing much better than this crappy 25 month old account, although the 1 month old account can't access certain things, like the hidden tower or R99's in the main shops.

Should I self freeze the account? Should I hand the account over to someone else? Or should I keep it for cheating purposes? I don't really want to self freeze, since I put nearly a month of effort into getting this account back, but I don't want my newest account to get chain iced because of cheating. What should I do?

And should this be discussed in the general chat? If not, where should it be discussed? Or is there no good place to discuss this? If this shouldn't be here, please close it ^-^ I don't want to cause trouble, after all.

hmm well if you don't cheat.. i'd honestly start ove rton the 25 montho old account.... just cause you could do soo much more with it... like RS all of the good stuff... plus having a 25 month od account makes you look like you know what you're doing on Neo.

It's an old account, I'm sure there's somebody out there willing to bargain for it if you don't need it.

Hm...true, true. I might keep it for RSing...but the worry of getting my good account iced because of it makes me wonder. Haha...I may find someone to sell it to. That would be nifty...

EDIT: Okay...I'm leaning more towards selling it, haha. Question is, where would I go to do that? And who exactly would go for a completely empty aged account? o.O Huh...

If I were you, I'd use a program to change my ip and then I'd definitely cheat on that account.
But if you don't have cheat programs with proxy support (which I know you don't ), you'd better change your ip when logging into your main account and use your real ip for cheats on your aged account.

Haha...^-^ I would be a magical wood gnome if I had cheat programs with proxy support o.O But yes, I suppose that I will try to change my ip for my main account. If my main ever did get somehow frozen, I would just blubber to TNT about a nonexistent younger brother trying to sabotage me or something. I'll probably use the aged account to RS R99's, then send them over to my main account so I can make a good profit. Thank you for the help, oh strange fishy o.O

I was thinking of doing the same - getting R99's on my cheating account and so on - but be careful with sending them over to your main, I don't think they're completely careless about R99's.
And I suspect we've all got our sibling stories perfectly developed, but you'd have to be really lucky for them to actually read yours and believe it.

Well, I might transfer R99's over every now and then, and then send fake neomails like 'Happy B-day!' or 'Congrats on that test!' or something...or put it up in trades and make my aged account look like an idiot that doesn't know the real worth of some of the items.

Haha...I managed to get this old account with nothing more than an old password and some angry words directed at 'Heidi' o.O Perhaps I'll manage to get it back if they freeze it, haha.

Aged account = idiot - check.
Recovering 6 years old side accounts - nope. Because I'm not sure about the pw. And I have no idea what email I used at the time. And I faked my birthday .

So lots of luck with everything .

But then again, if we've both thought about the same "tricks", we're not the only ones.
Make sure you don't have the same email for both accounts.

Programmers here are always looking for accounts to test programs on so you could give to one of them if you really don't want it. If you do want it, then just RS or cheat or something

Oh trust me, neo suspects the same for everyone regardless of the account's age. My 31 month old account was frozen for cheating when I've never even touched a program(damn TNT ). Neo's paranoid about everyone

Haha...I was really pissed about it, actually. My older account was on an old e-mail that I don't even use anymore, so I had to keep the old e-mail alive so that bloody 'Heidi' would give me my birthday.

So, they're on different e-mails, I can easily make one of them seem like an idiot, and I have cheat programs. Now all that I've gotta do is get a separate IP for one of the accounts, and I should be all set. ^-^ Thanks guys.

Haha...don't talk to me about being broke -.- I have what, 50k right now? 80k if I slap together the two accounts? I swear, my account has a serious roller coaster effect with neopoints, heh.
