I don't really thing Coheed and Cambria falls into that category. I've liked them for a while, but after seeing them live, I really have a lot of respect for their musical talent.

But yea, starting a list of "find similar" with FOB is a no no in my book. I just cant listen to them at all.

I'm actually listening to some of them already I just forgot to list them or found them in last.fm last night. biggrin.gif
    I can't access Pandora. T_T
Some give respect to the preference of others, whether they like or not, while some(one) is/are just rude.

What the heck man, what's with all this music elitism. People have different tastes, get used to it.
A random fact I read in MH today, thought I'd share it with you guys:
The music you're surrounded by when in the womb (basically what your mum listens to) has an influence on what kind of music you'll like in early life. Obviously, as time passes tastes will expand and change, but still thats pretty cool. Marry someone with what you consider to be a good taste in music. laugh.gif

You can also get really responsive to a particular song if you heard it enough whilst in the womb.
I just get annoyed at the fact that bands with little or no musical talent get so popular because everyone's friends listen to them.
There are so many awesome bands that are unsigned because they wouldn't please the crowd quite so much.

Okay, I do not listen to them because my friends listen to them, in fact I'm pretty sure the most of the songs done by the bands I listed are hardly heard here in the Philippines. The local music channel usually shows OPM(Official Pinoy Music) and MTV here is pretty much pop, so I got tired of it.

Thanks to everyone who added to the list. happy.gif
P.S. These aren't the only songs I listen to. My taste ranges from classicals to rock.

Coheed and Cambria definitely don't fit into that category. tongue.gif A Favor House Atlantic gives them a bad rep.

It looks like you're really into Pop Punk -- not my favorite genre, but hey, it's catchy!

    I'll recommend a few -- some I respect, some I don't, but you'll probably like most of them. wink.gif

Alkaline Trio - Time To Waste, Mercy Me, Radio, Sadie
Amber Pacific - Gone So Young, Poetically Pathetic, Always You
Anberlin - Paperthin Hymn, Never Take Friendship Personal, Godspeed
The Ataris - Your Boyfriend Sucks, San Dimas High School Football Rules
Billy Talent - Fallen Leaves, Red Flag, River Below, Nothing to Lose
The Get Up Kids - Like a Man Possessed, I'll Catch You, Red Letter Day
Matchbook Romance - My Eyes Burn, Playing for Keeps, Monsters
New Found Glory - Sonny, All Downhill from Here, Hold My Hand
The Offspring - The Kids Aren't Alright, Self Esteem, Why Don't You Get a Job
Rise Against - Prayer & The Refugee, Give It All, Blood to Bleed, Swing Life Away
The Spill Canvas - Staplegunned, Polygraph, Right Now!, All Over You
The Starting Line - Best of Me, Island, Bedroom Talk
Sugarcult - Memory, Bouncing off the Walls Again
Sum 41 - In Too Deep, Pieces, Still Waiting, Hell Song
Three Days Grace - Gone Forever, Let You Down, Animal I Have Become, Pain
