and if you're having trouble not eating unhealthy foods keep yourself occupied - drink a lot of water, chew gum, etc
kitchwa isn't interested in BB, he wants to eat healthy not do a clean bulk :\
That's not a clean bulk, it's just the best idea for weight loss. You dont have to be a bodybuilder to realize 6 meals a day is the ideal to go. Cutting back on food isn't nessecary perse, cutting back on bad food is, but not food.

not everyone can do that, its SOMEWHAT like smoking except there is no physical addiction, but the lifestyle change can still be hard to bypass. Like I said, took me 3 years to be mentally strong enough to control my eating 100%
definitely
Oooh, food addiction is always fun. It can be physical though, lack of caffeine and lack of sugar. XD. But even if you beat that you still have to control food habits which is a pain in the ass.

No, having self control to stop eating =/= anorexia. People like me are bored eaters and I needed a ton of self control to stop. It took a bunch of willpower but I did eventually and it worked. Calories in, Calories out.
Yeah that was me about 7 years ago. I just ate from boredom. But yeah, anorexia is baddddddddddddd. they have puffy cheeks for a reason.

eh?
that's a hell of a lot of protein....I forget the correct/ideal ratio but I think it's like a gram of protein for every kilogram of your weight or something.
Best way in my opinion is to calorie count. Simple as that. If you calorie count you know exactly when you have eaten too much crap because you will go over your limit of roughly 2500 a day. Then all you have to do is eat things that don't take you over your limit before the end of the day....which are usally the things that are NOT bad for you.
Makea list of the things that are good for you that you actually like and mix and match the list all the time to avoid getting bored with the food you eat. For example make a list of meats, vegetables....fruit etc and maybe make a plan for the next week of what you ideally want to eat and try and stick to it. Then mix them up again for the next week but don't forget to keep track of the calorie intake.
Also remember that just because you are eating things that are healthy for you does not mean you can eat lot's of it, which is a common mistake I find people make in my line of work.
Calorie count won't do shit if you eat a 1200 calorie diet a day and its all junk foods. And no, that is the reccomended for an AVERAGE person as far as protein goes. 70-100 grams of protein is the ideal for a normal person. If you want to get big, its about double that, sometimes triple that.
