None. Go with just plain water absolutely the best for you. The sugars in theese drinks is outrageous.

Most normal people are idiots if they limit their food intake just by calories.
Of all things, calories is the least important.

No, but you must realize that statement should not apply here. Those calories are pretty much just sugar and basically "empty" calories with hardly and nutritional value compared to say... juice. With 200 calories you could get a much more nutritional snack which I think is what Urban is trying to say. If you are on a diet though calories ARE important. Calories in, calories out is the basic way to diet and that combined with exercise is good. Even the supposed miracle diet proved that typically people ate... I think the number was 200-300 less calories per day because they were more filled by the fat and protein as they otherwise would on carbs which very well could be the real reason people lose weight on the diet. I don't see how talking about calories being the least important when talking about a sports drink makes sense. If there's something I don't know about gatorade though please let me know. I haven't had it since 7th grade.

I don't like any of those...o.O
Gatorade and Powerade always tasted like heavily watered down juice, in my opinion, and it always tasted too sweet...so, I would cringe at every sip. Flavored water is a real downer for me...again, the flavor makes me cringe. If I want flavored water, I squeeze some lemon or lime into my water and drink that.
Once in a blue moon I have amp, though o.O That stuff is nuts...it tastes like the equivalent of a double shot of mountain dew, concentrated into one size. Terrifying, haha. And don't even get started on how bad it is -.- Hence why I just drink water before I'm going to do anything exercise related, and amp if I'm sitting down at 2 AM to play a game.
I don't worry too much about caloric intake. So long as I don't go overboard and have McDonalds or something equally nasty twice in a day, I usually end up a little under 2000 calories. Too much of anything is a bad thing...
Is it just me, or does Gatorade taste like Kool-aid? At any rate, I hate Kool-aid as well...so...yeah, haha.

as someone who actually plays sports and need quit hydration. gatoraid helps the most in terms of running up and down a court and not "running outta gas", but in terms of "filling like it works" nothing beat a ice cold bottle of poweraid. when you drink it, you can actually feel it hydrating you. it's odd but i love that feeling when im beat and need something to drink. so i'd choose poweraid over th erest

I personally prefer Gatorade, but propel is better for you. It's recommended by doctors when you are recovering from surgery for example, Gatorade is also good but it just has a higher level of sugar. (that's why it tastes better
