Propel, it has too much sodium but it doesnt have the sugar gatorade or powerade has.

I'm pretty positive that gatorade is better for working out (granted you're drinking it hours prior) than powerade.

Water is preferred but otherwise it's propel. I've never liked using sports drinks while playing soccer or anything though. Water's always best for me.

Well I play baseball, and I drink nothing but water while I'm playing. Afterwards I usually have a gatorade or powerade, but having either of those during the game doesn't do me good. And as for propel, never really liked the stuff.

    I like Gatorade & Propel.

Gatorade more after working out/sometimes just to have it, and propel more so just to have it.

You seem to forget that there about 5 servings in one of those sports bottles. Also, it has high sugar. Anyway most normal people go on a 1900 - 2000 calories-a-day diet so would you really want to be consuming 1/8 of a day's calories in a bottle of gatorade?

Yes, but it is flavored. I prefer normal water, anything other than regular water sucks.

But, if I must choose one, I pick Gatorade.

Most normal people are idiots if they limit their food intake just by calories.

Of all things, calories is the least important.
