Probably just another bandwidth running out and they gonna renew it soon, either that or physical harm of the game server or maybe it PEAK hour

Neopets isnt even loading for me, but my google page loads are .3seconds. So its probablyu their servers

On the boards they say that they are fixing the pound back up but no one knows for sure.
