Top 4/6th

Bottom 2/6th

C&C Please and suggestions on what else can I add are appreciated to fill up the much negative space.

I had to imitate the style of Jose Orozco, a Mexican Revolution Artist, which mainly contains symbolism.

I wanted to portray the control of the government over the poor people and the death of the masses.

You could at least put them the right way up, if you can't be bothered to composite them.

the skull looks pretty good, nice and detailed

the guy at the bottom could use a bit of anatomy tweaking.

I'd work on the hands more, as that's one of the main things. The head of government (the skull is detailed) but the thing actually doing the work (the hands of the skull) are all squiggly and non detailed.

Can't think of what else to add, just touch up work.

    Seconded...
Unless maybe you're going for the skull as being almost the sole focus, with everything else just background noise in the foreground. (If that makes any sense...) Were you going to color it?

I do not like to color in my pictures because I like to leave to the people seeing the drawing fill it in with their own colors with their imagination.

Thanks for the critique and thanks Bryan for rotating the image and merging the two pictures, I couldn't get to it because of school
