Why doesn't someone just make a cologne that consists of pheromones and sell it?

I think smelling nice has it's time and place, I hate using cologne but for some special event's it's not bad.
I hate when people get really sweaty and instead of taking a shower they spray Axe or some kind of cologne/deodorant on themselves, IT DOESN'T WORK.

Tend to be very complex molecules, hard to justify the cost when the current products sell just as well.
Remember, it's about the profit, not the actual effect.
