Discuss your sleeping patterns and how efficient you are with your use of time.
I didn't know that 9:45 AM actually existed.

Any particular reason you've been doing that? Is school out for you yet? I know some people still are in school. I think this is the last week right?

I'm actually not in school at the moment. I have a full time job so that answers for me waking up early. I'm a full time wow addict so that answers for me going to bed late. >.< Also I've met a new friend online who I want to stay up and talk to forever.

On non-school nights I go to bed at around 2 and wake up at like 12.

but its hard, because I need at least 12 hours of sleep to feel rested. so to wake up at a decent hour, I need to go to bed outrageously early.

I'm a lazy ass. But I'm on holiday right now and when I don't have to work, I rest.
I pretty much got SICK of having to wake up at 6 or 7 for school.

The doctor said there was nothing to solve this problem but to try to relax more before going to bed.

I really can't much longer and wish I could get real sleep.
It just got to the point where I'm sitting down, staring at the computer screen not even looking at anything remotely on the screen for hours on end until I have to sleep.....tis quite lonely and sad.
I've tried earlier but I just lie there and cannot sleep at all, being more active during the day doesn't help either.
What I'm findings happening in the last few days is that I sit down on a chair, close my eyes for just a second and I'm gone for 45 minutes and almost everytime as I am waking up find my self in sleep paralysis which I am finding unusually distressing whereas I normally feel comfortable-ish during it.
I have this constant headache all day and I struggle to concentrate to do any work.
I don't want to resort to taking pills but I have to figure out someway to break this pattern.
