Wow. I'm up early. I think I'm finally getting my sleep schedule back on track. It feels damn good and I feel efficient with the use of my time, even if all I'm doing is preparing for an Admin meeting, browsing Codex, talking on MSN and playing team fortress 2.

Discuss your sleeping patterns and how efficient you are with your use of time.

My patterns have been very poor lately. : / Going to bed at 3 - 4 in the morning and waking up at around 6 - 7. I should try to get back on a regular schedule.

Any particular reason you've been doing that? Is school out for you yet? I know some people still are in school. I think this is the last week right?

I go to bed at 10 on school nights, get up at the latest I can, which happens to be 6:30.

On non-school nights I go to bed at around 2 and wake up at like 12.

but its hard, because I need at least 12 hours of sleep to feel rested. so to wake up at a decent hour, I need to go to bed outrageously early. sad.gif

I've been going to bed around 3 in the morning and waking up around 11, 12.
I'm a lazy ass. But I'm on holiday right now and when I don't have to work, I rest.
I pretty much got SICK of having to wake up at 6 or 7 for school.

I have a severe sleeping problem which stops my body from fully going into a real sleep, so even if i go to bed at 5pm i still wake up the next morning tired and shitty as hell.

The doctor said there was nothing to solve this problem but to try to relax more before going to bed.

I really can't much longer and wish I could get real sleep.
It just got to the point where I'm sitting down, staring at the computer screen not even looking at anything remotely on the screen for hours on end until I have to sleep.....tis quite lonely and sad.
I've tried earlier but I just lie there and cannot sleep at all, being more active during the day doesn't help either.
What I'm findings happening in the last few days is that I sit down on a chair, close my eyes for just a second and I'm gone for 45 minutes and almost everytime as I am waking up find my self in sleep paralysis which I am finding unusually distressing whereas I normally feel comfortable-ish during it.
I have this constant headache all day and I struggle to concentrate to do any work.
I don't want to resort to taking pills but I have to figure out someway to break this pattern.

I love that feeling on a weekend where you feel it's time to wake up because of school and then you suddenly remember it's the weekend and you just fall back asleep. smile.gif Excellent feeling.
