If a chicken is killed and served (raw) within 8 hours, there is no risk of Salmonella.

X2, but it's good to know where it came from, otherwise you could get some other disease from it that would have been killed in the cooking process.

Raw meats don't scare meh....^-^ And Fluffernutter was, quite possibly, the most popular sandwich at my elementary, middle, AND high school. C'mon Codex, bring up something really nasty/bizarre!

I remember going to a Phillipino party, and at those you can't get buy with not trying everything.

AND the moment your plate gets less than half full, tiny asian women chase you around to give you MORE food.

    Anyway, I ended up trying Blood Pudding, and it was disgusting. ; ;

I don't think I really like anything that's strange to like...

I mean, I like broccoli, but other people like it too. happy.gif I also like cherry tomatoes drizzled with basalmic vinegar & crushed black pepper.

    Mmmmmm.

hahaha, do you seriously think that a bar would go through the trouble of getting chicken like that?

Haha I love liverwurst as well. tongue.gif

That's really the only food I can think of really that it seems everyone else hates. I'll edit if I come up with more things.

Japanese Sushi places get fish daily, I don't see why chicken is any different. Except for I believe every other tuesday, that's why you never eat sushi on a wednesday, it could be old fish =/

Actually, the golden rule is to never eat out on a Monday. Most restaurants get new food in on Monday or Tuesday, and when Sunday/Monday rolls around, all that's left is the oldest food. If a restaurant closes on Monday (like the Main Street Grill) then watch out for their Sunday meals happy.gif Typically, you should steer clear of buffets and 'specials', since these two things are usually comprised of whatever was about to go bad. Restaurants definitely prefer to use everything, and they will utilize prepped for 2 weeks at a time....technically, you could still eat old fish tongue.gif

Grass Jelly is supposed to be eaten mixed with other things, and Soursop is supposed to be juiced, and honestly the juice isnt all that bad.

yeah, we found out that grass jelly goes better mixed, but on it's own... it's like dirt-flavored jell-o. sad.gif

and the soursop. looked like a can full of juicy fetus and phlegm.

then we mixed them (because of the grass jelly) for a truly "gourmet" snack. blink.gif

I am a pretty picky eater, but my brother has eaten some pretty funky stuff.

He spent about six months on a Navajo Indian reservation, and someone he knew said "Hey Chris, I got something cool to show you!", so he pulls out a big thing wrapped in tinfoil, and it turns out it was a goat head. The guy insisted my brother try it, so he popped an eye out and ate it, which he told me was quite good, considering it was an eyeball, and then cracked the skull open and ate some brains.

He sent pictures back, as well.
