You know, seeing as how the police weren't called... I don't think he can Sue you, or get you arrested.

And you definitely can't get expelled if it didn't happen at school... so likely as not, nothing's going to happen to you.

If charges are brought up (unlikely if you haven't already been informed), then yeah, you have plenty of witnesses to say what actually happened.
