I am not a huge fan of coffee. If I drink it, I drink it plain or with some Splenda.
    I mainly drink water...

I think I have had Starbucks liiiikeee uhh once or twice in my entire life.
Not a fan of reallly huge sweet beverages. >.<

Wow, what skewed biased data. The data given is conveniently vague.
How large was the coffee? How much milk was added? How much sugar/sweetener was added? Was there whip cream on it?

I highly doubt the average person's coffee is anywhere near 400 calories.
And also.. Starbucks allows you to add your own milk and they offer skim/fat-free/and half and half. So tongue.gif

Well it's more like the default. Sometimes I don't think about it. Also part of the problem it's not regular coffee, it's coffee drinks. And they did state about whipped cream and stuff as well in the whole article. Their main point of the whole thing is they want starbucks to put nutritional information just like they do in fast food places. But I mean I understand what you're saying. They don't give as much information as they should v_v but the point is still the same.

And Warlord we are thinking tasty biggrin.gif

Coffee has zero calories, lol... don't know why you think it has any at all. Caffeine is bad for you, but it's not that bad unless you're pregnant.

Maybe this is about lattes? Well, starbucks has a default of 2% milk. So yeah... this article is talking about the mochas and special lattes with whip, not coffee or regular lattes that starbucks sells.

Yeah my sis has to be limited. She can only have about two cups of coffee a day. You know... stimulants.

This really doesn't suprise me at all....that why when I ordered Carmel Machiatto's from Java City, my uni's ripoff of starbucks, I get it made with skim milk and no whip cream. I haven't been drinking coffee as much this semester though, since I've actually been sleeping tongue.gif Having classes around noon everyday is amazing!

I hate you xD Actually my classes aren't that bad so I shouldn't complain. They all start at 10 am but noon classes would be amazing!

really not that many unless you eat mcdonalds 2 more times that day... (try and stay around 1500-2000 calories a day for an average person)

If I need caffeine, I drink tea. I always grew up drinking unsweetened though.
