I'm pretty sure that I can't read past priv apps. And I tried, but the smiley doesn't show up, it just says ':shi fty:'(w/o the space).

What Sunscorch means is that TNT may not approve of some tools that can be found on this site, and if they see any Neopets usernames posted on the forum, they might just be asses and freeze the account. So while PM'ing someone might be a safer option, right on the forums is not a good idea.
Most people won't give their usernames unless they feel the other person is trustworthy.
