I don't have any songs, but I would suggest taking some quiet time for yourself and just relaxing a bit . Do whatever it is that you need to do to really relax whether that is to sleep, write or just be with family . Don't do those things which fool you into thinking you are relaxing but actually aren't like being on the computer for too long or watching tv .
