Not sure really, I've never had it installed. Maybe I should grab that toolbar... what does it do anyway? Just alert you?
A lot of people seem to think it isn't that trustworthy, that it may contain spyware etc. No idea if any of that is true, but I'm not bothered enough to try it.

How do people even figure out when tarla gives out the stuff? or the links at that... they seem to be like rather specific links.

There is a toolbar that you can download. When Tarla is giving away items an icon will flash on the toolbar....and there you go
