We have compiled a short FAQ here for you so that you may better understand how to use this forum. When creating a new topic in this forum, please make sure to have read all FAQs and guides available on the forum such as those listed in the Board Guides (currenty down) forum. If your question has not been answered in these sections, make sure to use the search feature of the forum to search for other topics and posts which may have answered your question in another area of the forum. If you still have a question which needs to be answered, create a new topic in this forum.

Why are there so few topics in the forum even though the count outside shows many more?
In order to keep this forum clean and easy to read for users and staff, only open topics are shown by default. Topics which have been resolved are closed and therefore are no longer shown in the list of help requests. You can still search through these topics by using the forum search feature. You can also change the view settings on the forum to whatever you like by editing these settings in the bottom right of the forum view:

How are the topics ordered within this forum?
In this forum, topics are ordered by the date they were created with the oldest appearing first. This allows the users and staff to give the people who have waited the longest for help more attention.

How can I request forum help?
You can request help on the Neocodex forums by posting a help topic in this forum. Remember, the more information you give us, the easier it will be for us to help you with your request.
