Very nice for a first! text at the top is quite hard to read, and if you were going for transparency in the left side, save it as a .bmp, I think! Did you use slices? If you did could you teach me?

And the font is freak me out..I am kinda not like it..

Nice looking background! I notice you've saved it as a png, which won't display transparency for many of us who don't have the correct browsers- saving as a gif is better for transparency. Also 1px stroke around the large bit of the signature!

The text is a little strange in that there are white pixels at the corners of the boxes they're in, and the top bit is a little hard to read, but the signature is excellent for a first try!
