    Here's a good one:
    Did you know glass is a liquid. That's right. If you observe a piece of glass from the turn of the century you'll notice that the bottom portion is thicker than the top part.

    Edit: Did some research, turns out it's not agreed upon by everyone whether it's solid or liquid.
