Why do i get frozen because i said ''Messed up''

I'm about to cry i put so much effort in it just this night i played Cellblock till tournament 11 for the gold trophy and WHAT BAM frozen..

I just got the black petry avatar 2..

why... i mean the only things i said in the neoboards were.

Maybe your system32 is messed up and How do i contact them ..

Just send in one of those forms and hope for the best, nothing much else you can do.

Basically the only thing you can do is what Laser said, and try to calmly explain to them that it was a mistake though, you could have just been frozen by one of the bots, as opposed to a real person. Surely if they look and see why you were frozen, something may be done.

If not, you may just want to suck it up and restart.

Sorry if I sound harsh or something, but this is pretty much all you can do.

I know but the reason why i made this account was to be legit and now i'm beeing frozen because some bot seems me say Messed up..

Not knowing the birthday may hinder your ability to get the account back..

This is one of the reasons you should write your info down if you don't use real info. Although why anybody would fake their info is beyond me. xx;

I just do 1st January and my real birth year. Then at least if I forget it it's going to be the first one I guess.

You could just say that your parents told you not to use your real birth date to protect your identity.

Ohh yeah, that's right. Isn't their suspension thing kind of like a strike system? Where if you repeat the same offense so many times they'll just say screw it and freeze you?

Could be why you got frozen, something you said recently could have triggered it, and it could have been your last strike. >_>

...after looking back over your post, I can be pretty sure it wasn't because you said "messed up".

It was probably because you mentioned system32. I've seen TNT ice people for mentioning it, mostly because of the nuts who tell you to delete it when there's something wrong with your computer.

Wosers that sucks to be frozen I know the feeling its like a good slap in the face, then again if you were ignoring warnings and using bad language you asked for it ... nut the last time I checked "messed up" wasn't bad language. I would just send them an email/report and explain and pray that you get your account back

Ok before you cry, remember it's a game, it's Neopets... Alright, once you got that handled report it as a mistake. It's worth a shot because maybe the person who reads your email may agree with you and unfreeze the account.

Well it's a little understandable. You'd get sick and tired of it too if people ran around Codex saying that deleting System32 will fix every problem you have.

If you read my earlier posts, you'd see I said that even mentioning System32 seems to trigger the freezings.

Basically it seems more and more like it was a bot who froze you, and not a human.

Wel than thats resolved but anyway..

What are my chances of un-freezing i mean i didnt even knew all information of the Recognize my account because i didnt know what my pet names were and who my neofriends were.

Yeah i've been in loads of guilds so in each guild everybody added me and i accepted.. but after i left i forgot they're names and i dont know my pet names is because they got names like

278bla_98bla_blabla
I chose name bla and than neopets says that isnt avaible but this is

blabla than i choose that but those kind of names arent always easy to remember ya know.

Try giving them the general gist of what you know of the names, even if you're close I'm sure they'll understand if your pet names are slightly gibberish.

Give them info that only the account holder would know, basically list some of the books the pets have read, any recent random events, last played game, how much is in your till or bank account, what bank account type you have, etc. The more you list and have accurate, the more they'll know it's yours.

I guess above all of that, pray for the best..

Oh no that blows. I was iced for inapporpriate langueage on a legit account before. I was on vacation with no internet connection when I was frozen for it -.- Didn't get it back Good luck to you though. Depends on who gets your form really. Some are assholes, some are nice. they didn't even respond to my reply ;-;
