My original account was frozen for...

Rather than unequip them (when they made them 1 per pet), they froze everyone that had 2. So, this, apparently, is why my original account was frozen dry.gif GG TNT

Can you not just get it unfrozen then? Surely there's no actual rules against it...

They still aren't. tongue.gif At least they freeze according to the rules though I...guess.

But yeah, that just sucks. Would they unfreeze it?

It's impossible to unfreeze it, since it was frozen almost 3 years ago now, and has been purged from the db. Oh well.

Would've been better had they sent you a warning to remove one of the helmets rather than just freezing you on the spot for a rule that wasn't even written down.

Oh, TNT. Your stupidity never ceases to amaze me.

Wow. Just wow. That's unbelievable. How terrible does a game have to be when it bans players for wearing too many items which was allowed for a time? tongue.gif

Wow the stupidity of TNT sometimes never ceases to amaze me.

You'd think if they could look back and give you an answer, they could unfreeze you and remove the extra Hypno Helm from the pet. ESPECIALLY since you could in fact equip two of them at the same time, and this wasn't written anywhere in the rules, so it was basically an unfair freezing.

You should write back and bitch. >_>

*Why* would you have two 100% freezers on your pet anyway?

As Kitsune said above, if you can still access it, it's still in the database.

Oh, that's stupid. TNT are so flawed when it comes to freezing. I had a newbie account which I used to test userlookup code and store Neopoints from my main on, which recently got frozen for "scamming other users". I filled in the frozen form, was informed about this and replied, telling them the situation and asking them politely to look into it. I got the following reply yesterday:

"Thanks for your e-mail. While we understand the importance of your account, we are required to use the evidence that we have in our records. Based on this evidence, we are unable to return this account to you. It is your responsibility to make sure your account stays safe. Never give out your passwords or personal information, and use common sense when browsing the internet. If you are using a public access computer, such as in your school or library, please remember to always logout of your account. We are sorry, but we will not return this account."

If the account was important, I would try and contest this further, but it isn't worth it. It's just a matter of principles. Grr. >.>

It just gives me 'cannot find that username'. I only figured it out while I was bitching to snarkie. And while I was telling her what I'd lost along with the freezing, she told me that if they were both on the pet, the account would have been frozen. But it's been purged now, I've checked lol.

Aww, that blows. They should have just unequipped one for you.

You always get that email first time. You have to reply before you actually get anything else. I've never, even once, seen or heard of a personalised reply on the first reply.

I always reploy to my frozen account things, i only get a response back about 50% of the time though.

Was the two helmets being equipped to a pet a glitch or did the rule of having two freezers equipped not apply back then?

Aw Brad tongue.gif You fail at searching. You will never be able to search for a frozen account.
You have to go to an existing lookup and replace your name in the link to the one you want to find. Frozen accounts cannot be found in a search, but will show up as 'disabled' when you try to go to the lookup.

It's not that though, I go to log into it, and it says it can't find the account. On other iced ones, you can at least see the active pet and put in a password.
