Yeah, the pound is already pretty picked over... I heard someone bagged a draik which pisses me off.... XD I think Neocodex is going to need to make a pet transfer and adoption page now.

Also, harlequin, there's a person on the neoboards putting a baby cybunny UFA...

You can neomail the owner to see about adopting.

Also, the "Help" neoboard is FULL of people pounding pets. If you can't get a cybunny through there, I don't know how else you can!

It's so lameness that they froze almost all the pets that were in the pound. I wanted a Red Ogrin with a bad ass name =( Plus all the painted pets I had my eye on of course. Pound surfing is lame.

Also, just so everyone knows, any particular pet can not be transferred more than once a day. My friend snagged a Krawk in the pound and lent it to my boyfriend, and he cant send it back to her yet because it doesn't want to get pounded again today. So he has to wait until tomorrow or the next day to send it back.

Just incase anyone plans on lending any pets.

The funniest thing just happened.

My friend game me a random Neopet name over AIM. I looked it up, and seeing that it had pretty good stats, tried to adopt it, and somehow, got it. I then got a Neomail from the previous owner, and to my surprise, I knew this person on my old account! Freaky.

Does anyone knwo if I can still get TRANSFERRED rare pets, jsut not get them from teh pound? Or am I like 100% banned from getting a rare pet that I didn't hand-paint/morph

With an account that isn't 4 months you can get pets which are level 2 and under, non painted and not limited edition. Pretty much everything crap.

I'd suspect it'd be the same for transferred pets as well.

Question: Does the old quick adopt link still work?

The OLD QAL does NOT work. A new one has yet to be found.

And wow, that's realyl stupid for transferring. Because there' s 2 (main) reasons people transfer:

1. To move pets form a main to a side- what if this side is newly created? Now they have to wait four months?
2. To lend avatar pets- TNT made it so you have to wait a few days to transfer back, so that's just going to encourage scamming.

There are some painted pets you can get when your account is under 4 months. I saw a list posted somewhere, not sure whether that was here or the neoboards.

That's the Grundo I told you about last night. Look him up, I said he was ancient. Neopets used to allow pets to have periods, hyphens and spaces in their names.
