Tips on not getting restock banned?

The way I do it is to restock for an hour. If I got myself a good amount of items I wait for an hour and then restock for 30 minutes. Then I wait for an hour and restock for an hour. Then I quit restocking for the day x-D
There are probably better ways but this is how I do it. Almost never get RS banned

use a broad range of refresh rate and only go at it for like 3 hours max a day never straight in a row. do sessions

I usually do 3-6 and only RS for about 1 hour on weekdays... On weekends 2-3 would be good.

using a wide refresh range. 12 hours non stop.

One hour max, then take an hour off, AB for another hour, etc. Low refresh rate always
