"Woah, my wait times are high compared to some of yours (6-9). What does the "Refresh between" option mean?"

Keep refreshing at that rate, dont be in fluanced by others, the fact the tailwind is not frozen yet is a miracle in its self!
(No offence tail)

Stamp, Battle and Magic are all super high freeze rate shops. It's no wonder you were frozen.

Exactly, I only ever do Chocolate/Bakery/Spooky Foods. Lots of low-profit items in there like 5k profit each. smile.gif

If that were the case, then I'd be at an advantage anyways seeing as how my internet sucks eggs. It would also not matter if you were refreshing faster or slower than me, no? smile.gif

I'm not really sure if they'd pay any attention to this, but maybe your account didn't look legit enough. I know mine looks legit... I have 200+ avatars, some trophies, labbed pets etc.

I also only ever AB in spooky foods, none of the higher risk shops...

Mine was very legit, 20+ months old, I trained my pet regularly, did quests, posted on the boards, played games.

    But that's boring sad.gif
I want the excitement of looking at your autobuyer and realizing that it just bought a r99 worth a couple million, if I can't have that, I can't enjoy it lol.

Whoever created the ABxplorer should make it slower then, because I'm 99% sure I once saw it buy something in .4 seconds.

Wouldn't the buy speed depend on when it begins timing? So it it starts later than other AB's it will look faster, but really might not be... unsure.gif

The time a buy is done is looked upon on different times for the person abbing and the tnt i soppose wink.gif
For instance like you say, people determin the time by either when the abber sees the item or when it first attempts to buy the item ect, neopets may not look upon it this way, they might have a ball park point in which it is timed from sad.gif

This is what a lot of people forget.

Your account has to look legit as well.

Not necessarily true. I have ABed in all those shops for long periods of time (and bought things) and never been frozen.

Padora starts the timing from a later stage in the process than other Abers do. It is still buying items in around 1.6 - 2 seconds+

So I don't know why I got frozen then sad.gif got unlucky I guess. It might have been that it was working while I was restock banned.

Padora's will pause while you are restock banned and start counting down before it checks to see if you aren't banned anymore. So that isn't the reason.

    Main points to remember are,

    - Don't run it for 6 hours straight. Do 3-4 sessions of around an hour. TNT know that you are not able to sit in front of a computer hitting refresh for 6 hours none stop.

    - Have your refresh rate set atsomething like 2-6 or 3-7. Using times such 4-5 or 3-4 is stupid.....don't you think it would look slightly suspicious that you are refreshing the page consistently for hours on end within one second (e.g. 4-5)....never faltering.

    - Change shops every so often. Don't just AB in the same shop.

    - If you notice you have bought a rare item, stop the ABer. TNT would expect you to stop and revel in the fact you just got something so damn good....not to carry on restocking.

    - Don't be greedy!!

    - Go for small profit items as well as the big money makers. Just have the odd item that makes 1k profit for example.

    - If you have a particularly good day....then don't AB the following day. Have a rest.

....I might be able to think of some other good tips tomorrow.
