Somehow I doubt that's the kind of suggestions she wants. blink.gif
Can you not come up with anything even slightly sensible?

If you can afford it, take her to a new, modern restaurant (if you can find one) or cafe (cheaper) or perhaps on a night out where she can feel young again, perhaps doing simple things she enjoyed when she was younger? Heck, even if you share gossip with her and that sort of thing, it might make her feel as if she's in tune with youth again. biggrin.gif

No way, reminds me of a younger version of me. So blunt and black-humourish.

Basically this is what I'm doing for my dad's 50th.

I'm saving up now for a brand new watch he likes (he's a big watch fan), and he's a big Arsenal fan aswell so I'm going to buy him a ticket for a really big game in the season. Now I know you're a student like the rest of us (i.e skint), but I'm writing to the Arsenal club see if they can donate a signed picture or t-shirt for him aswell.

I doubt she's into sports but think around that general area and you might get something.

I wasn't the one who did it though, it was YOUR fans. Your fans disgraced football, infact it was heavily publicised in the media!

Because of what they did? WTF it was the turin fans that hailed the british with stones and seats what do you expect them todo sit there or retaliate?, the true story of what caused it will never be properly know as it was effected by major propaganda by the italians....frizzle its a pity your family wer`nt on the tube station when the terrorists struck...i might have actually had time to listen to you then.

Hardly fair considering Lee was just referring to a fairly well known and highly publicised controversy which was dragged up again not that long ago. Nobody's claiming it wasn't a tragic day.

What a lovely topic to have a "discussion" about death and disaster.
Give it up, the pair of you.
