Is anyone else haveing problems getting access to the shops, cause it wont let me see any main shops inventory, ive tried logging off/ back on, and im pretty sure that no one can be buying EVERYTHING from like 20 diferent shops... So did neopets fuxxor my account or what?
(yea... i was abing)

ill post a screenshot if anyone wants to calibrate times with me so u can see theres nothing there...

I've been able to access the shops and buy stuff just fine, so it's probably just you being restock banned, or something else on your end. o.o

Yup, you will just have to wait it out.

Could be anywhere from 1 to 48 hours before you're allowed to restock again. Happens whenever they do the check. o.o

Of course not silly . You just have to stop refreshing so much. And if you are using an ABer then yes it is a possibility that you can get iced.
