That fucker only zaps stuff that you don't want him to zap. He doesn't zap you're basic pets that you want to be Baby.

From what anybody has seen and known they are completely random. However some seem to be more common than others. Like the Adee events are some of the more 'common' ones, while Alien Aishas and Jacko are rarer.

The codestone events happen more often. Maybe it's just because there are 10 different codestones, there are 10 different random events. But that also can't be true because the Lab Map REs stop happening as often, ever since they inflated. So really idk.
