Hawk just to let you know... if there's no stinger it's more than likely it was not a bee that stung you. Probably a wasp. Or if it looked like a bee it could have been a bald faced hornet as they look like bees. Really fucking huge bees but they're kinda fuzzy. Anyways from personal experience a bee stinger will stick in you until you take it out. And it hurts like a bitch xD

Also from personal experience the wasp can sting you numerous times. Got stung twice on the feet by the same wasp before. The worst part is knowing it didn't die after that ;_; tongue.gif

    A bald faced hornet seems pretty damn likely, and makes a lot of sense. tongue.gif I thought it was some massive fly buzzing my head because it was black. So I batted it away... then it got even. dry.gif

    A wasp has hit me 3x before, when I was a lot younger. sad.gif Right across my belly.

    I've never been stung by anything before. Whenever I see a bee I get paranoid and get away.. fast.
    xD

    That sucks though, Hawk. 1we8.gif

    oh christ that must have sucked sad.gif And America has a TON of different type of wasps around. Hornets in my opinion hurt the wrost. I think the worst thing is to get stung on your feet because the blood flows there and because of the swelling and stays there if you don't keep your feet constantly elevated. So in my case I ended up with my foot being so swollen that I couldn't move my toes and where I was stung on the ankle it looked like I had a cankle ;_;

    Anyways since it's your shin I don't know how it'll act but you know... go lay down or something for a while. Keep off of it. From what I recall a hornet sting hurts a hell of a lot worse than a regular wasp or a bee since I think the stingers are larger and they inject more venom into you. I watch lots and lots of animal planet. Can you tell?

    I remember I was at this candy shop at some lake when I was 7 or 8 I believe. And there were some wasps flying around all the candy bars, I thought I was faster than them...

    I learned the hard way lol.
