I've been following this closely, my sister and her boyfriend were on a greyhound bus near there at the time when this happened I almost died when I first heard. I honestly don't blame anyone for not trying to help right away, they didn't know the circumstances or anything for all they knew he had a gun. I think they did the right thing getting everyone off the bus. After everyone was off 3 men did go back onto the bus to see if the man was still alive, but then the guy charged at them with the knife.
I feel really bad for McCain and his family, as well as all the passengers on the bus, I doubt that scene will leave their mind anytime soon
