I know its still possible, they used to be easy to find but if Hotmail uses CAPTCHA codes then it will be harder to find/make.

.Nope. I just used two comps and made 6 a day for a few days.. somewhere around 30 accounts is what I have

.If you're doing it to create accounts that are connected to paypals, neopets, anything of value to you, I suggest you choose a different e-mail provider - hotmail accounts are beyond easy to break into.
