We want members to feel apart of the whole site though don't we?
Introducing them to only one demographic isn't very hospitable.

LPC people used to just introduce themselves into the LPC area, all intro topics are moved to the general introduction forum to try and intergrate the LPC section more with the rest of codex. I really doubt that'll change tongue.gif.

True, but some of them are actually active members in other places.

To be honest, just let them post in the introduction forum. Honestly, it's the only post most of them make oustside the LPC section anyway.

Yea if there was to be a introduction forum in the LPC section, might as well just make a separate site for them lol tongue.gif

It's not so bad that they should require their own intro forum imo. Plus, like random said, some of them start to branch out to other areas after a while and become active members. A separate intro forum would only help further them from the rest of the site I think.

A separate site is a terrible idea in all honesty. Sure the non-LPC members will be happy, but no one can deny the LPC section brings a lot of activity to the site. Moving it to a separate site would cause a massive dent in activity.
