ok so I work at the mall for a relaxing job, something I can just sit there and get paid for while I unwind from my other more demanding jobs. Well anyways two ladies were stealing stuff from a tj max in my mall and the lost pervention got wind of them. The lost pervention started to try and aprehend them. they caught one woman but the other lady fled and ran across the parking lot and across the street.

The mall security handed over footage to the poice of the direction the lady fled. The police then went searching. from what the mall security guy told me, the lady went and decided that the best place to hide wa sthe mejers dumpster, little did she know it was a trash compacter.

The cops I guess heard her screaming inside the compacter as it crushed her. They had to cut open the trash compacter to get her out. I guess she made it to the hospital but eventually died.

Now is it just me or would a little voice in your head go off and say hey thats a trash compacter maybe that would not be a safe place to hide?

from what I have seen is the media is actually trying to spin the story against the mall security for trying to aprehend her, for that is the reason that she fled and hid in the compacter. yes our media is that desperate for raitings

thats pretty dumb, but i mean wow...

being crushed to death can't be nice. A porter at the hospital i applied to was throwing a load of waste into one of those big crushing machines, and the gate that seals it off closed on him as he was putting stuff in. It broke his back and knocked him into the machine... which then continued to crush him to death. Man that's gotta be one of the worst ways to die. You'd be alive for quite a while i imagine being crushed to a pulp... so painful

Damn, horrible way to die, i can't believe the media is trying to blame the guards for it though, if she wouldn't have stolen things in the first place, it wouldn't have happened.

The media can very easily turn that around to a poor old lady who was left behind by our government just trying to keep alive. Instead of portraying her as a thief.

And you wonder why society is so corrupted.

All in all its her own fault. Sad story but guards aren't to blame. Im pretty sure the family will sue with some bullshit accusation.

Hahaha! Ange has it right. This woman was a moron, who not only was clearly stupid enough to get caught stealing (from a cheap department store I might add). I can see where in a fleeting second you might dive into a trash compactor not realize what it was, but this woman ran out of the mall, ran across the street looking for a place to hide, she should have realized it was a trash compactor.

Anyway, I saw a Law & Order episode like this where the suspect was chased and he jumped into a trash compactor and was killed.
