So i have webroot spy sweeper..Its only about 2months old and im trying to start a full sweep and for some odd reason it is not letting me do it. If ur familiar with the software under the shields it says that 4 critical shields are off. I have downloaded the updates and after i restart it..It just says that it cant find the definitions..Im really not sure whats happening if anybody has any tips i will Greatly appreciate them. thanx

Try to uninstall it and to install it again that should fix it
