Ahh hard choice, would the work fire you for missing a day already? If not then I would call in sick, if so I'd probably take some meds and suffer through the day.

I don't think work'd be impressed if you went in and gave every other worker a stomach bug.

Thats the thing i have no idea how they would react .... kinda sucks to think that they would be pissed ...

I had this one job that fired anyone who missed any days of work in the first 40 days or something, stupid in my opinion 
Could have perfect attendance for 4 years then happen to get really sick on one of those first 40 days.

Just tell them what's up and so you have evidence go to the doctor today and get a note from him. That way they know you aren't faking it and it's in good faith.

I think it's a good idea to go to the doctor, find out what's up and call in. I'm sure they would understand that you got sick.
