Milk before bed, especially warm, leaves the worst taste ever in my mouth. I dunno why, maybe I'm just weird. Eegh thinking about it makes my mouth sad

I usually talk with my boyfriend before going to sleep, read a bit (recently got some good books on biotechnology), or play neopets/RO.

Nah, there's just lately been more talk about it than usual for some reason.

I usually listen to my iPod for about 20 minutes before I go to sleep. Maybe watch a little TV or something too.

Nope, you are not alone! Before I go to bed all I do is usually put a muted movie on (for the light) and fall asleep.

Warm milk is usually calming. That's why if I'm at Starbucks I usually get a soy steamer (steamed milk only). It's really nice. But I dunno... lately I haven't been having problems sleeping and I'm actually on a normal sleep schedule going to sleep anywhere from 10-12 pm and waking up at around 9 am. It's nice. Really, really nice
