Why are aged accounts better than new ones?

What you are able to rs in the main shops, like rarity. I'm not sure what the months are for each, but after 4 months you can see any rarity.

Also.. you can't adopt painted pets until you've been around three months I think. And on top of that, having a really old account makes everyone go "Oooo. You've been around a long time!" And you can feel all godly or something. I dunno. xD

A 3 year account usually takes more to get iced then a 4 month 1 too. Seniority.
